The first few days of this blog and my first articles

Well there has been a very overwhelming response of a single visitor to this blog in the first few days of its existence. You came from my banner ad at my other site HOTheadlines. So thank you. I have to say that blogger.com doesn't really provide much support in that respect as other blogging sites do much more for their users. But this is free so what are you going to do. Also its owned by Google and they let me put ads on here which doesn't happen on the other free blogging sites, so that is also an added bonus. So i think I will stick around for a bit.

Now if you aren't following the reason for this blog then let me explain. I am in the works of starting another blog with the same name minus the helper blog bit. On there I can share my experiences and skills for the greater good. For example I work in an office, as most of us do. We have to use Microsoft Excel for a lot of tasks in this office. Ninety percent of people using excel don't really understand how to use it effectively and they waste a lot of time on it. In this office I have made a name for myself as the Excel guru so people come to me for help. Actually that is a good idea for an article. But that aside, I would like the blog to be like a guru site. I am not particularly a super hero expert on using Excel, actually I have had no formal training but I know things that others don't. I also may have done things that others have not so I can shed some light on these topics too.

The reason for this helper support blog is to ask for your help. One thing I am not is Ernest Hemingway. So any help you can give is very welcome. I am going to give ideas for articles and I ask for your comment and help. After all I am writing this for you.

So I have decided to prepare some articles on domain names, internet programming languages and website hosting. I have also prepared some articles on how I replaced a bathroom vanity unit. These will be some of the first articles on the site.
