Looks like I am getting better at this

Well the article writing seems to be getting easier for me. I have already pretty much finished the photography article and it took me much less time than the earlier articles so looks like I am on the right track. I am aiming at having my articles to be atleast one thousand words as this seems to be a pretty common number when it comes to blog articles.
Still no comments on any of these articles but I knew that this would be the hard slog. From my experience with my other site, I am not expecting anything much for even the first year. This material however is all my own original material written by myself though so with a bit of luck it should perform a bit better. I am here for the long term though as I want this blog to do well and I know with this sort of thing it doesn't happen overnight.
Now to my articles in general I am trying to write in a non technical manner and explain everything as I go. If I use an acronym then I make sure that I advise what that means. I hate it when people throw acronyms around acting like they are all clever. It really bugs me so I deliberately try not to do it and explain every time one is used. I am trying to write from my perspective and portray my own experiences and knowledge but it is hard to write in this way and stop the article sounding like a how to tutorial. If you can help with that then please leave a comment here.
I will be moving onto the Microsoft Excel article soon and depending on the material that I come up with may turn into a series of articles. I have already written the first paragraph and put down some ideas for that too. Your comments are welcome and thanks for reading.
